I would not buy this fan again. I have 2 of them, one is 4 years and the other is 1 year. I used it to heat my office in winter and cool in summer.. thought that was the best thing ever. My 4 year fan has now gotten an error message and it will no longer work. only way to turn off is to pull plug. Pay a lot for these fans.. that is not the performance i would expect. it is a known issue with Dyson

Très, très dispendieux pour un ventilateur. Je dirais même que c'est ridicule de payer ce montant. Il n'y a pas de filtre sur ce produit, après un certain temps il deviendra très bruyant même à basse vitesse. Je l'ai utilisé seulement dans ma chambre à coucher. Je regrette d'avoir mis autant d'argent pour un ventilateur.

I purchased this fan thinking that it would be a great fan that blows “cool” air as per the title but what a waste of money that was. Super disappointed with this product

Hello, This is Elizabeth with Dyson Canada. Our air multiplier line, unlike an AC unit that is designed to chill the air, consists of blade-less fans. The air temperature does not change, it is the air flow which cools the user. Each of the machines have the option of increasing the speed of the air expelled from the machine, which is adjusted with the remote control. This unit can be used in conjunction with an air conditioner to circulate cold air further and faster saving you money and energy. Q: What is the warranty on this fan ? I have one and it does not blow air like it should. We have a smaller one that has a much stronger airflow. I do not have a receipt for this product as it was a gift.
