Sprayer sticks

After 3 years the buttons stick and the spray feature stays on and then it stopped working all together. We are currently searching for the replacement.

I've owned this faucet for 5 years now. I'm on my 3rd spray head now. Stay away from this faucet unless you enjoy chasing down warranty parts.

Have had this faucet for 3 years now

It has worked perfectly the entire time. Never an issue with any part malfunctioning. In fact I just sold the house with this faucet and have ordered a new one for my new house because I like it so much.

Sprayer fails

Sprayer has been replaced once within 5 months and now sprayer #2 is starting to malfunction. The buttons for flow to spray get stuck on spray.
