Very Good Mixer

I have been baking bread with this Stand Mixer for the past several years. I find it a good work horse. I think it ranks well with the others in its class and makes a good dough. I really appreciate the timer and the ease of care for the case of the appliance. I have had very little trouble with it. But then I use it daily for bread baking and it handles bread doughs with finesse! It is really handy for kneading pasta dough as well, though I find the recipe a bit wet. But the pasta it makes is all extruded, which I find a bit surprising! I appreciate the other appliances it provides: Blender, Food Processor and Juicer. If one is living with a very small kitchen this could be very handy. Cuisinart is noted for its economy of room! It is good value and does a great job for baking and cooking in general.

Incredible machine!

I've had this mixer for 4 or 5 years now. It gets used a couple of times a week sometimes more. I make bread weekly and love how much time it saves me. I've read other reviews that state it doesn't get stuff on the bottom. If people would read the manual they would understand that sometimes you need to adjust the attachments to make sure they capture everything. I've rarely had to make adjustments since I first adjusted each attachment when I first got it.
Superior to other machines I've had in the past. I've got all of the attachments, food processor, pasta maker, blender, and meat grinder. I've had no problems with any of the attachments and find it very convenient to quickly pop them on to use while I'm busy in the kitchen making meals, and bread etc.
Highly recommend this machine to everyone I know!

A: The product is a Stand Mixer so it does not have bread making capabilities. If the user would like to put dough in the mixing bowl, the capacity is 5.5 quarts. Therefore up to 5.5 quarts of dough could be mixed at one time.
