I just used this pan for the first time since purchasing months ago, and my banana bread turned out great! My last loaf pan always used to burn my breads on the bottom but the sides would be perfectly cooked. However, with this pan, all sides turned out evenly baked!

It is NOT non-stick at all

The bread can be released at the first use ONLY. After the second time use, the bread stick at the bottom, it is difficult to take bread out of the pan.

A: Ultimately, this would depend on the recipe instructions. If not specified in the instructions, a small amount of grease does help the release of food from the loaf pan.
