Great unit & great Features

It is a very nice unit and works very well. We bought it as a replacement for an older unit since it was time for a change. we are very happy with this unit and would recommend it to everyone. It has many more features then the old one and even has a setting for jam.

I'm an experienced bread maker user and have never had my bread come out as dry as this machine does. Ive did everything the book says but makes no difference. Not happy with bread that falls apart.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I desire a real crusty crust. Can this machine produce a high quality crust?

  • A: It has 3 darkness settings which make it crustier depending on how dark you go. However, I made the French Bread recently and even on the lightest setting it was really nice and crusty. It's a great machine, really love it.
