Home of the 2 year tires

I bought these tires on sep/30/2023 at 58241km. On my last service visit at 87344km on Nov/11/2025 I was informed that the tires need to be replaced. These tires only lasted about 2 years and about 29,000km they are no longer safe to use. Canadian tire has said they cannot offer warranty and doubt that the manufacture will either. I have always rotated these tires every 6 months and kept the optimal tire pressure, I do not drive my family ford fusion hard and the technicians at ford have never found anything wrong with the vehicle. Unfortunately these are my second set of tires from Canadian tire, the last set were on a totally different vehicle and tires were handkook brand,they also wore out in 2 years. This has me believe that Canadian tire gets the rejected tires that won’t last long. I know people like to think I wasn’t doing proper maintenance or I was abusing the tires, however its just not the case and if you decide to buy tires here and this happens to you, please remember this review and give your head a slap.

A: No. These are NOT winter tires. These are all-season tires which are great in wet and dry but not so good in snow or ice.

A: Hello and thank you for the question. While ithe ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus has an asymmetrical tread pattern, which allows for rotation in multiple directions, it does not have a directional tread pattern with a specific rotation direction indicated by an arrow.
