This Command picture hanger was very easy to use and is a good alternative to damaging walls with nails to hang pictures.

Do not buy

a year ago
not only did I follow the instructions and watch the video on how to properly use command picture hanging strips. Not only did it not hang what I was trying to hang. I now have damages to my wall. I just moved back into my newly renovated apartment Was informed to not use hooks so I bought your brand of commando strips now I am having to pay for damages from this product.

Very disappointing result on removal

I tried to reach out to customer service earlier this week before posting this review but no response unfortunately. I was really optimistic buying this product. It mounted well and held our large canvas paintings really well. One we had up for 2 years, another just for 6 months. The day before moving we took down the paintings and were going to take down the command hooks. I took them down as per instructions, and the result was devasting. Paint and part of the wall peeled off. We used 4 command hooks between the 2 paintings, with 2 of them full tearing off part of the wall and 2 of them peeling just the paint off. Either way I'm disappointed by the product and the stress this caused us having to re-fill the wall then sand and paint.
