Only one flaw

I am very pleased with this griddle as I was looking for something that was simple, easy to clean and not too big. It has one flaw though, there are no spacers between the handles and the cooking surface so the handles get VERY HOT. Other than that, it is easy to clean and store.

Yes, I recommend this product.
