Zero support.

I had no clue what I was buying and the customer service did not tell me anything about the battery or anything that Canadian tire does during this transaction. I purchased the battery and was not made aware they have a 20$ added fee for some reason (not explained) and I happened to get the wrong battery but was not made aware it is final sale. When it comes to automotive I’ll go to Napa from now on.

I installed into my Subaru about a month ago. Works as it should. The price is great for this caliber of battery. The cranking power is better than the OEM battery.

I was asking H7, but when I get home I notice that they sold me H6. Disappointed. I wasn't able to get home and asked for the replace batery. But their rate 115$ for replace the battery - looks like a scam.

Q: with in the 2 year span how many times can the battery be replaced?

2 Answers
  • A: The battery comes with a 2-year free replacement warranty so, if it fails, it will be replaced however many number of times within those 2 years. Of course, that assumes you're using the battery for starting the intended vehicle. If you're using it for some unintended purpose, like for powering a trolling motor or something, I'm sure that automatically voids the warranty.
