The tire is great, but your service team department is too bad, when the guy’s is upselling me the tire, toldt me it would take 2-3 hours to install but it didn’t happen, I waited for 6 and half hours for them to get it done, I was so disappointed

    Firestone A/T 2

These tires are awesome! So much better than the original A/Ts. These tires provide excellent traction and a quiet ride. They are also winter rated giving you that extra security during the cold months.

6th Set of these fantastic tires

At my request, the dealer installed Destination AT/2 tires prior to my taking delivery of of the 2023 Ram I ordered. I prefer a quality tire over the cheap tires that come as OEM on expensive vehicles. Most of the time I do not need to use 4 wheel drive in up to 4-6 inches of snow. In dry weather these tire provide excellent traction and handling and a quiet ride. In rain the AT/2's provide excellent traction and in the snow they provide confidence. This is the 5th set of these tires we have purchased and will not buy anything else based upon our satisfaction with this tire.

Q: what's the difference between all season and all weather tires

    2 Answers
    • A: I was asked this question in a very tricky way. The contact email from Canadian Tire indicated I had boughten Firestone Tires from Canadian Tire. Then in asking me about having made that supposed purchase I was to answer a question regarding Firestone Tires and my purchase. The question put to me was a person “Nana” wanting to know the difference between all season and all weather tires. This question had nothing to do with any supposed purchase of tired of any brand. I feel Canadian Tire ( persons) were trying to pull something sneaky in posing that question to me in the way they did .  I answered truthfully, and precisely. Now they do not want to publish my answer to “ their” question. The persons reading this should be put to task , answer to someone higher up, over this type of behaviour. It is WRONG! I cannot put this strongly enough . It has left a very bad feeling in me about Canadian Tire and the integrity of the company. Until someone higher up in the organization ( company ) deals directly with me about this I and my family will be making a point of shopping elsewhere. Also we will be telling all of our friends exactly what went on here since we have kept all emails regarding this situation to prove clearly what transpired. These persons will not be able to bluff their way out of this,  Sincerely, The Hilling Family  Moose Jaw , Saskatchewan

Q: How quiet are these tires on bone dry roads?  I’m doing all highway with some back roads which are not in the best shape and need a durable tire that won’t blow out my ear drums.

    • A: They are definitely not quite, there will noise on dry roads but comes with the extra grip which we need on unpaved and wet roads. I drive a Acura,  don’t feel much difference after installing it. Now I am very comfortable plus no hassle to change tires in winter
