decent shock absorber, but no instructions

When I first installed it, I didn't realize you could change the angle the seat points. I rode around with it pointing too much forward. I decided to take it back, but when I looked for other types, I found they had angle adjustments. I removed the post and looked closer at it and found that I was able to adjust the angle. Have only tired it at the wrong angle and found it pretty good at absorbing bumps, but it hurt my back and butt in a different way. CCM needs to add in it's packaging instructions and at the very least something on the packaging that says that it has an adjustable angle so people would at least realize that is an option. I may give it more stars, but I want to go for another long ride and see if it holds up!

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought the item 9 months ago, i was shocked how much it rotates, but after 2 days, i got used with that. I used for 5 months everyday, but it just came apart.
