CANVAS Octavia Octagonal Gazebo

Very pretty and practical gazebo but service after sale is horrible. I would like to know what Canadian tire will do to help after all they choose to sell this to the consumers. I am still waiting on a reply from Sunjoy. What is the point in spending all that money and you dont get any after sales service. Who's at fault the manufacturer or the retailer ?

We bought this Gazebo a year ago and we love it. The only thing that I am very disappointed with is the rust. It has started to rust all over and when I have the side tables on the rust falls from below the tables onto my interlocking and leaves rust stains. I wish it was more durable and I really don't want to paint it. I think for this amount is should be rust proof.

Updating my initial review 4yrs after purchase. We have had this Permanent Gazebo now for 4 seasons and it is as good as the day it was new. This is a well-engineered structure that is very solid and sturdy. The instructions say to take down for winter (Mfr's disclaimer to cover their butts) but the reality is this is a permanent solid structure that you erect and enjoy for many years to come. No netting and canvas roofs to mildew, rot and tear in 2-3 seasons, and no real seasonal maintenance. For minor scratch touch-up after installation, and if a chair nicks the finish during normal living and use, I found that some flat black BBQ paint I had on hand works very well to mist on any scratches and does a nice job blending in to cover. This past winter we had very heavy snow fall and gazebo must of had 1000lbs of snow on it. Used roofrack to clear snow proactively, but point is this is not your typical flimsy tin garden shed or cheap tubular disposable gazebo, this is a well-engineered heavy-duty permanent structure that looks stunning as a center piece in any back yard, and should stand up to test of time for many years. Very happy with our purchase 4yrs ago. These are being discontinued by Mfr probably because they had too much material in them to be profitable, so if you are debating picking one up on clearance sale, I'd say YES, well worth the money. Excellent product.

Ce gazebo devient pleins de rouille tres rapidement (en moins de 1 ans) La Garantie contre la rouille est une arnaque. Canadian Tire, apres l'achat, t'envoie faire les plainte de 'garantie' a Sunjoy (Compagnie qui fait ce gazebo.) Service a la clientele tres aimable, mais nous font encore attendre et ce, depuis plus de un ans! A eviter!!!

Love it Love it Love it ..... took my husband a couple of days to do it by himself but he got it done and it looks amazing. We also bought the curtains and netting witch makes it so much more cozy with the firepit in the centre. Great buy bought on sale.
