Very poor quality, faded cushions and splintering ‘wood’

We bought this set and after one winter, covered and stored in shed, it cane out completely splintered, you can’t even rest your arm on the arm rests. The fabric has completely faded even though it is outside for 2 hours an evening, and never left outside over night. We would NOT recommend this product.

Terrible product

I purchased a 4 piece (loveseat, 2 chairs and table) almost 2 years ago.( it was in storage for the last year ... and has never seen snow) I loved the look!!
For anyone interested in this, LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!!! it is a terrible product!
Was brought out this spring to use... in the past few months it has started to split and cause splinters, the cushions have severely faded. Its garbage!!! So disappointed!!!

I made the mistake of shrugging off the reviews I read and went ahead and purchased the Canvas Modena patio loveseat. BIG MISTAKE! Listen to what people are saying, do not buy this particular model of patio furniture. It’s been in our deck for maybe a month, the fabric has already faded. It’s almost like the wood is drying out, it has become rough and snags on clothing. Our spring has been unseasonable cool, not a lot of hot sun. And the couch is shaded by a pergola for the better part of the day and still it is showing signs of wear. I can’t imagine how it will look after a couple months of summer weather! I contacted the 1-800 number I read on the reviews. Left a message, hoping the customer service is better then the quality of the furniture!

We bought 4 of these chairs and had them out for one summer. Over the winter they were covered AND stored in a shed. When I unpacked them this spring I found they are in terrible condition! The cushions are completely sunblasted and bleached out. The finish on the wood is pealing and flaking off. The wood is warped and splintery. We cannot use them in good conscience as they are so splintery and flaking. We spent $1000 between the chairs and covers, and are now left with almost useless junk.

Poor quality!

I purchased this set last summer (loveseat, 2 armchairs, and coffee table) and after one month wood has cracked and split. This spring the boards are warped, more cracks, and everything has splintered. Not good quality at all! "Made from all-weather eucalyptus FSC® certified wood" Eucalyptus wood has not stood up to the weather as claimed! I'm already $200+ in trying to repair. Tried to go for warranty last year and the company's only response was to buy covers. And they sent me a couple "nail polish size" bottles of touch up paint. Unfortunately because it is oversize I haven't been able to find covers to fit. Not worth the money at all!!
