Great quality...good price!!

I bought one of these for my balcony when I lived in a 1 bedroom. When I moved to a bigger place and got a bigger deck, I bought another one of them. They're sturdy, they look great and were very affordable...in fact when I build a front deck I'll buy another umbrella.

A good buy

I've owned two of these umbrellas for a year now. They stayed out all last summer on our south-facing deck and have not faded. There is no crank but since the diameter is only 7' they are not heavy. The dark brown fabric is good quality and offers great protection from the hot south sun during the day. This year the moving parts on the pole needed a little squirt of WD40 and everything was good to go again. The umbrellas stay out from spring until fall without covers in all weather. All I do is secure them in bases and put a strap around the fabric when not in use in case it gets windy. Will be buying two more this year to add more privacy for condo living - I position them at the edge of the deck tilted to the side to shield the neighbour's view above the railing, as well as protection from the south sun. Very happy with my inexpensive dual-purpose purchases!
