Not happy

I love the look of this light fixture until it was installed. I paid someone to install it and whatever we tried to do to get it to hang straight doesn't work. I now have to go exchange it and pay again to have it inatalled and hope it works. Not a happy customer!

Quality Very Poor

I love the look of this light but very difficult to install and then, no matter what I tried, couldn't get it to hang straight. I think the ceramic socket is not sitting straight in the metal container. Also, the ceramic socket is not made well and the light bulb started to stick as soon as I put it in and extremely difficult to get the bulb back out.
Although I love the style of Canvas company products, I would never buy another one. Too cheaply made.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. We went to our local Canadian Tire store and bough the Della pendant so we could take a look at it. Our Quality tech assembled it and although it appeared crooked initially, once the glass was installed everything hung straight. The weight of the glass straightened everything out. If this is not the case with your light, I would suggest returning it to Canadian Tire for exchange. Thank you, Canarm Product Support.
