Seriously?!

Beautiful tree, but good Lord, it didn't last at all! We've only had ours for not even three months. We bought this in late October (the colour changing version) and loved it but it started malfunctioning last couple weeks before completely dying today. We were planning on having this year round for other holidays and occasions because it was so nice. Obviously not happening now. Spoke with our store who couldn't really do much now. $200 basically for a tree that only lasts around a quarter of a year?! Thanks for nothing.

LED lights are faulty. Don’t Buy.

I would recommend you Don’t buy this tree. It’s way too expensive for something that is faulty. I exchanged the tree because not all of the LED lights worked on the first tree. My replacement tree has the same issue, not all of the LED lights work. This tree is a rip off because of the poor quality. Canadian Tire said NO returns now until next year.

Expensive for 2 years worth of lights.

I bought this nice 7' willow tree abought 2 years ago. It worked fine until this year when one whole branch did not light up. I wanted to buy a new branch but Canvas does not carry spare parts. Without your receipt, even after 2 years warranty, your out of luck. Expensive product for 2 years use.

A: Yes. I purchased the weeping willow lighted tree last year and I absolutely love it. It looks gorgeous. I also bought the white Canvas 6’ flocked tree this year and it is also gorgeous.

Q: What is your return policy on this item? I bought last year, looked beautiful. Dried it out as recommended before putting away. This year rusted in many spots some branches rusted right through and broken! Very expensive decoration for 1 season.

A: I got 2 seasons out of mine. It rusted at the base so I can no longer secure it to the ground. I’m not happy about the quality.

Q: It is January. What is the best time to take it from outside after Christmas. As it is cold outside, can take only the branches and the main stem will still be outside exposing the circuits. Any advice on dismantling and storing would be appreciated

A: Hello Twinkles Averse. This tree is designed to have most of the bulbs solid on. Only some of them use a preprogramed twinkling effect. It is automatic and not controllable.
