Have been using shelter logic canopys for over 20 years now.
I have been very satisfied with the products with no issues.
Just wish you would decide what sizes you are making and stick to them, have to modify the dock they sit on every time there is a size chage.

This works great on the jobsite!

I’m a residential contractor and we get a lot of rain in are area. The Supermax canopy allows us to keep material dry on the jobsite as well as giving us a dry space to work under when the weather is bad. Great product!

Great canopy for events, keeps guests cool on hot days!

I originally purcahsed 4 of these canopies back in 2020 when the pandemic started for us to use as additional outdoor work spaces to allow for more social distancing at our site. They worked very well for that, then when the pandemic was over we decided we could use them for our sitewide events we have several times a year. We used to use a whole bunch of pop up tents for shade but they would easily blow away in the wind and many became damanged quickly. We have these tents bolted together and just remove the tops when we are not using them for events. This year we purchased 2 more. I highly recommend these if you need shelter from the sun for your events.

Easy to put up, lasts a long time, though not really good in windy conditions, tarp rips where you hook it to poles, over time

18 X 30 Enclosure Kit

Decent initial quality, poor durability in sunny/warm/hot climates. Fabric breaks down in the sun, and lasts about 9-11 months before it needs to be replaced.

Q: What is the frame made from and the thickness of the cover If the frame is covered galvanized steel, what gauge is the metal. For the cover, what is the thickness (or oz)? I do not want to purchase something that is only going to last a few years.

A: You'd be lucky to get 2 years out of the cover. Ours shredded to uselessness before 2 years in a sheltered location. We got the best quality tarp to cover the frame and even it is leaking before 2 years is up. Where can one get a real quality tarp that lasts a reasonable time?

Q: Can this be used in winter? And can you order it in size 10x10?

A: We don’t recommend the use of canopies in areas that get snow - a light dusting is ok but anything over an inch with any weight to it could possibly cause the unit to fail. Unfortunately, this cannot be ordered in a 10X10 size.
