C’est ma troisième été que je m’e sert et je n’aurai pas le choix de m’en acheter une autre éventuellement malheureusement car j’aim la couleur l’espace mais pas dormir dans l’eau. J’ai pas changé encore car les années précédentes je n’av pas le temps d’en faire souvent alors......

This tent has been great, we are a family of 4, plenty of room for sleeping in the back, we use the front part as a "living/dining" room, lots of room for gear. Easy to put up and take down, no complaints.

We purchased this tent 3 years ago. We have used the tent in extreme wind and heavy rains. The tent remained intact and standing during the high winds. The tent is still in great shape.

Not for anyone over 5 foot 2

Great if you're around 5 feet tall, unless you're very flexible and don't mind hunching over or walking on your knees. If I could have lifted it off the ground another foot (I'm 6'6"#, I would have kept it. Now my brother's wife and 3 girls use it.
The good thing about this is the large front entrance which can be used as an insect-free eating area, or a secure place to store your things at night, rather than waking up and finding something's missing!
While the Maximum occupancy includes using the entire tent, putting the kids in the back, with the Parents in the Mid-section #tallest area# works well.
I also recommend purchasing a few programmable cable locks for your valuable stuff you cannot store inside the tent. A code is much easier than having More keys to carry around.

easy to set up and has a lot of room, however the one we got leaked from the bottom so make sure you are high and dry or double tarp the bottom
I agree with the one reviewer's comment about if it had a fly it would be so much better. It needs better airflow in the back section

A: no. there are zippered door ways, and a divider to divide the back section to two seperate rooms. lots of room for four people in back.

A: Moi aussi, je me suis posé la question. J'ai suivi les instructions, soit monter la tente, l'arroser généreusement et la laisser sécher avant de l'utiliser pour "conditionner" le tissu et les coutures (on précise qu'il est normal de trouver de l'eau à l'intérieur lors de ce processus). Après 15 minutes d'arrosage intense, je n'ai trouvé que quelques gouttes d'eau, donc a priori, le double toit n'est pas nécessaire. Et il faut avouer que le double-toit nuit considérablement à la ventilation. En définitive, c'est une question de préférence personnelle. Je crois que cette tente sera plus fraîche par beau temps, et l'étanchéité en cas de pluie ne semble pas être un problème.

A: I called the manufacturer and this tent has a three year warranty. They offered to replace the broken pole and will be receiving it in a few days. Excellent customer service!

Q: Will this tent require additional waterproofing? I've seen some reviews that talk about leaks and was wondering if after wetting the tent first, would it make sense to use a little more waterproofing to seal it?

A: If you know heavy rain is on the way then I'd say yes, but a light pour should be OK as long as you gave it a ground cover to stop water from getting under.
