Frustrated

No troubleshooting video or steps but the indicator after we just recently had our first change with model no ff-100 stopped working so no clue if i am getting the filtered goodness. Water here taste really poor

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we're sorry you're having trouble with the indicator on our complete Water Filter Faucet System. Rest assured, your water is still being filtered, and we'd like to offer you some helpful troubleshooting steps. Press the filter release button on the side of the faucet mount base, then remove the filter and set it aside. Wait 30 seconds before placing the filter back into the holding cup. The timer should now be reset to green. While we hope this helps, please give us a call at 800-242-7482 with reference number 230124-000229 if you need additional assistance. Light Not working

I wanted to give it a three and a half it's a good product but the light on mine does not blink to tell me when to change the filters I don't know what happened worked at first and then no more light after that but it's a good good filter

I’ve had this filter for over a year and change when needed. I’ve recently realize there’s water spraying out from the “mounting collar” and then I realized the “strainer” is not in tact anymore. It came out and the rubber seal is degraded, is there a way to get another strainer or do I have to buy a whole new system? :(

Q: Bathroom tap? I'm considering purchasing a Brita tap unit to take on vacations - can this unit attach to a bathroom style faucet & will it remove harmful contaminants?

A: Use metal Moen adapter M3766 (22 mm F to 24mm male) from Hm Dpt to convert faucet from internal to external thread so there is no problem with fastening unit securely and easily (hand tighten filter unit to avoid cracking plastic nut).
