This Broan-NuTone® Sensaire™ Humidity Sensing Wall Control for ventilation fans uses Broan-NuTone’s proven humidity-sensing technology, which can detect a rapid rise in humidity to turn the fan on. It responds to increases in humidity up to 4X faster than other humidity sensors, to help fight mold and improve air quality.
Broan Premium Humidity Sensing Fan Control automatically turns on the fan when it detects a rise of humidity in the bathroom
Utilizes Sensaire™ technology to respond up to 70% faster than other humidity sensors
Reduces the chance of condensation on the mirrors
Adjust the sensitivity from 20% to 80% to prevent false cycling, regardless of climate or season
Sensaire™ with relative humidity set point mode offers the flexibility to satisfy local range-of-adjustment codes
Built-in continuous ventilation mode auto turns on/off during set custom intervals each hour
Meets ASHRAE 62.2 whole house mechanical ventilation (WHMV) requirements
