Q: Why wont the volume increase on my speaker when I increase the volume on my phone.? I have the iHome speaker and hardly any sound comes out of it when I turn up the volume on my phone. How loud should it play?

A: It appears you item may be defective. This product carries a 1 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store with your receipt. Kindly take the item into your store for an exchange.
