The teal Ariana self-watering plastic planter from Bloem keeps plants hydrated even when you can't water them. An internal reservoir holds approximately 1-3.5 inches of water depending on size. Careful if you try to punch holes at the bottom

I bought two of these and tried to punch holes at the bottom, where it is indicated. But in many cases, the plastic surrounding the punch-hole broke instead of the punch cap giving way.

Quality Pot

Over the years the quality of the pots are getting better. This pot is large and solidly built. My tomato plants are doing well! I suggest drilling some holes in the bottom for better drainage. Two concerns: I would like an opening near the bottom, for easy watering access. The cost is crazy high. I could only afford half the pots I wanted to buy.
