sadly ours will not charge now

will self dock at time. Bought in October/November 16 and it is now July 2017 and it no longer charges. Was susful in docking itself a handful of times. but when it was time to automatically clean it would undock and not more anywhere.
Disappointing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

La première a marchée 3 fois et n'a jamais retrouvée sa base. La manette n'a jamais marchée non plus. Après l'avoir échangée, la 2e n'a fonctionnée qu'une seule fois et ne se rechargait pas. C'est vraiment une cochonnerie, payez quelques dollars de plus pour la roomba, vous n'allez pas le regretter.

Après une seul journée il ne fonctionne plus. Il a fini ça cours sur le mur sans retrouver sa base et de plus il ne se recharge plus.

Q: Is there anyone out there that knows if this machine is worth buying?? Am considering buying this robotic but can not find any reviews on it, whether it's a good buy or not.

A: In my opinion, no this product is not worth buying at any price. I purchased one, followed the instructions to the letter and found that it would not perform even the basic functions expected of a low-end robotic vacuum. Got stuck between furniture, would not transition from an area rug to the floor without hanging up, very poor suction and brushing action, tiny dust cup. I returned it the next day.

Q: Does it come with a detail manual? I bought one 2 days ago, couldn't find a manual book in the box, have no idea how to use the remote and dock to setup scheduler. Is there any way I can download a manual online?

A: Mine came with a very thorough and well written instruction manual in both French and English. I suspect that it was just missing from your vacuum. I'd provide the information that you're after but I returned the product the next day. Can't find the manual online.
