First Belkin charger and must say she's a workhorse. Occasional non-charges due to incorrect phone placement but otherwise does the job every time. Didn't originally realize wireless chargers are about 2 1/2 times slower than lightning chargers but not an issue for me as I never run to near empty and use the wireless while sleeping anyway. Had to contact Belkin customer service for a charger issue recently and that process was relatively easy. Very good response time and help.

Loved it, but is no longer an option

I loved having this at my office, but it no longer charges my phone. When it does connect, it actually runs down the battery in attempts to charge.
