    Excellent programme d'exercice

    Pour en avoir essayé plusieurs, j'affirme que GSP Rushfit est le meilleur programme d'exercice à la maison qui existe !!! Et ça fonctionne vraiment. J'ai perdu 10 livres en 8 semaines et je continue de le faire à l'occasion pour la musculation. Je l'ai recommandé à plusieurs de mes amis(e), entre autre des personne qui, comme moi, ont eu des enfants et souhaitait se débarasser du poid superflu. Les exercices sont très bien fait, c'est motivant car on ne fait pas toujours la même chose. Et les résultats parlent d'eux-même...

    Motivating, challenging and rewarding!!!

    I tried P90X 2 years ago and saw some results...I recently tried GSPRushfit and saw WAY MORE results! In addition, GSP Rushfit was easier to stay motivated, i guess this is because George St. Pierre himself is doing the workout. Fitness experts say the true battle is between P90X and GSPRushfit and to ignore Insanity. I say don't waste your money with P90X, BUY THE CHEAPER GSPRushfit!!! I lost 3% body fat and can easily see definition in my arms, chest, stomach and legs! Finally, GSPRushfit is only 8 weeks...P90X is 13 weeks AND I saw more results with GSPRushfit. GSPRushfit has 3 levels to choose from, I started with level one and plan to complete all 3 levels, once I do I will post before and after pics

    Q: If you buy from Canadian tire, does the package come with the 2 additional workouts mentioned on the product's actual website?

    • A: Yes it does. DVD 6 is the bonus DVD with the Balance & Agility workout and the Stretching for Flexibility workout. It also includes the assessment workout. Also all workouts come with a warmup and cool down.
