Well it aint no bullet. But for the quietness and power it is a pretty good gun. I use it inside to sight it in and use a phone book. I penetrates pretty good, maybe half inch with 7-8 pumps. It would be cool if it could be a repeater instead of single shot but the no CO2 is worth the single shot sacrifice. I would buy another one.

A: if it's the canadian version,..might as well only pump it ten max,..they have bleeder holes which limit's the amount of air the valve can hold as here we have a max of 500 fps without PAL.

A: it is and it isn't,..it certainly has the power too kill,..but mostly it's all about shot placement (modding will help this) I've takin birds, rabbits and squirrel's. But squirrel's and rabbit's really need clean kill zone shots or you WILL be left wondering if you hit it or not. They are tough. Bird's,...no problem,.one shot kills. Birds can be takin at 25-30 yards if you can hit them. Rabbits and squrrel's I would stick to 15-20. Hunting in partner's for squirrel's is best. I use the crosman destroyer's in my 1377, they really pack a punch and they don't over penetrate.

A: nothing if it's the Canadian version,..they have a vent drilled into the valve. Modding will fix that right up though Flat Top piston FTW!!!

A: depend's,..it is quiet,..but it certainly has a nice crack to it. People will wonder. When I hunt with it,,..it's the pumping that heats me out,.I've since learned to pump quietly.

A: ITS not that loud at 2-5 pumps , its kinda loud at 10 . it really depends on were you live and if the people around you care or not , the law says you cant shoot a pellet gun in city limits , but the dude next door to me is a police officer n he comes out n shoots it with me all the time , he said as long as no one complains its ok . so just make sure your being safe n have eye protection n a good back drop just incase ...
