It was good until it's start leaking under, and i find tiny line under right next to water low mechanical sensor . So plastic is low quality.

Q: I ordered the Home > —ALL HUMIDIFIERS > TOWER Aircare TOWER SKU: SKU D46720 D46720, Is it normal for this model to smell like Burned Plastic when you open the box. Slowly getting better after a week, but haven't even dared fill it.

A: No, this unit should not smell like burning plastic. Please contact our customer service department at 800-547-3888, Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30PM CST. This unit has a 2-year warranty, so if your purchase date falls within that time period, we can replace the unit at no charge.
