Excellent garden!

The garden is surprisingly easy to set up, and so easy to use! It is pretty, and the size of the garden is convenient for the space I had available to put it in. The sunshine light on the garden makes my kitchen feel extra cheerful in these winter days. All 6 of my plants have sprouted and begun to grow. I look forward to having my very own lettuce to eat soon. Highly recommend this model!!!

Easy to get started and setup using only one plug. The option to use as seed starting for outdoor growing or use as a hydroponic setup adds value. Lights are definitely bright!

Love it but... Waiting to see how it all turns out

I love this idea. I ordered the herbs and so far so good with the exception of the Thyme pot. For some reason it has not grown after 2 weeks. Everything else is amazing.

- A: Pods can not be reused. If you google aero garden seeds you can usually buy them on Amazon various prices. If you go to aetogarden website you can look at seed starter kit which I believe you can use your own seeds. Have had various aero gardens for years. Fresh herbs, tomatoes, lettuce inside all year round.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: According to the box this was to come with plant food. There was none. The plastic pods were empty and came in a bag with unlabeled seed tubes so we have no idea what is being grown. Any help would be appreciated or this will be retuend as it was a gift.

- A: This is an amazing gift so I won’t return it. The pods that come with it do not have seeds in them. You will need to put your own seeds in. In order to get the plant food and preseeded pods you need to purchase a kit. There are different kits depending on what you would like to grow. I have had mine for over 2 years now and I’ve only bought 1 seed kit and the plant food lasts along time. I bought extra pods and cases on Amazon and plant my own seeds. Q: Can it work with seedlings that have already been started in the soil? In other words can there be soil on the root or is this strictly no soil?

- A: Based on my experience with it, it is intended for the seed pods, so no free soil. It is intended to work with the pods that already have soil in them. That ensures the aeration system can work properly and not get clogged. You can get pods that only have soil in them and start seeds of your choice in it which I have done and then put them in my garden with good success.4 years agoHelpful?
