    Product Details

Designed for maximum traction in extreme winter conditions, the General Tire Grabber Arctic Studdable Tire delivers robust performance for trucks and SUVs. Its specialized tread compound retains flexibility in cold temperatures while resisting cuts and chips from ice and gravel. Angled, interlocking sipes across the tread blocks enhance handling and braking on dry, wet, and snowy roads by reducing deformation. Additionally, the abundance of sipe edges grips snow and ice tenaciously for unwavering control. In closing, the Grabber Arctic tire offers both the grip and the stability required to traverse the ice and slush of winter roads with confidence.

    Snow Peak Rated

The 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol indicates the tire is rated for Severe Snow Service. This is the acceptable standard for winter driving in Canada and provides improved safety on snow and ice.

    Mud And Snow Rated

The M+S symbol differentiates an All-Season tire from a Summer only tire. While rated for light snow, they will not match a winter tire for traction or stopping distance on snow and ice.

    Accepts Studs

This tire can have studs installed to provide additional mechanical traction on icy surfaces. Studded tires are prohibited by law in many provinces. Ask at your local Canadian Tire store.

    • General Tire Grabber Arctic Tire is a studdable winter tire that offers SUV/truck specific toughness with winter performance while maintaining a high level of comfort

    • The angled, interlocking sipe design reduces squirm and block deformation. This provides stable handling and strong braking in dry and wet conditions

Great tire at good price point

Running on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler, no issues in any Easter Ontario / Southern Quebec winter conditions. Even when the city’s been shut down due to a 35cm dumping, I still drive to work as if it was summer (although in 4WD).

      Yes, I recommend this product.

I drive an E250 van for a living and after installing these winter tires i am blown away by the traction you have an icey roads and also deep snow. The design has deep treads and even LOOK like they can take on snow. Buy these!!

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      It's a tire

I bought these and had them studded just before winter and I didn't get excellent traction on acceleration and I often slipped quite a bit when breaking I pulled the studs ran them all summer for excellent fuel mileage and good traction in rain it's now winter again and there's a good amount of tread left but still a bit slick on snow and ice I don't notice much difference in performance without the studs I'll be buying a beefy m+s a/t instead this year and run these in the summer.
