Industrial strength vinegar

I didn’t like it. It appears to have soap in it or something. I tried to wash windows-it left streaks. Plain vinegar works better. And it doesn’t smell like vinegar? Haw can you have vinegar that doesn’t smell like vinegar?

Q: What is the concentration level of the vinegar please?

A: I'm not sure. but "regular" vinegar is about 5% acetic acid. "Double Strength" is 10% and is more powerful and can be diluted with water if necessary. If it doesn't say on the container, I wouldn't assume it's very strong.
