pump and adaptor is no good

i am trying to inflate the boat and it wont get to the pressure needed cause the air blows by the connection. This is the poorest construction of connection i have ever seen. the pressure guage attached to it is too big and pries the connection over to the side so it lets air by. stupid stupid design. no wonder it is discontinued.

I bought this a week before Spring 2015. 1st I was impressed of the looks, rigid but light weight and ease of transporting it. I don't have to deflate it for the whole season as I could easily tose it on top of my SUV roof rack. It got leak in 2 of its high pressure valves w/c is normal to happen after learning that all brands just have the inner and outer valve compress the PVC materials without any adhesive. So when miss aligned will create leakage. I just unscrew the outer valve and have the inner fall off. I then just applied canadian tire marine seal/adhesive on the inner valve surface in contact with the PVC materials when outer valve screwed back. Now, no more leak and found the dinghy hold air very very well. The PVC body never leak. I hope this could be a help for you guys. Great in water with 2 add-on rod holder, fish finder, 50 lbs thrust minn kota endura max with replacement to 3-blade kipawa propeller. It zoom faster and stable as well. I don't know you guys, but for me I live it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Boat is on kijiji\\
used once... tested it to the limits id say and caught 18 million pearch...
was legit.. but i tend to look on the brighter side of things... otherwise too small for comfort or motors or boat oars or tackle or water even... pack a light motor.. hahahahahahahahhahahhaha HORRID.!!!
blowing up this thing is quite an olympic feat and that in itself should have kept it in the box... hopefully i can return this piece of goof if passing it on fails... hahaha

A friend of mine bought this boat to get back and forth to his sailboat on a mooring ball. It went together ok but when I went out with him I found the floor slats were flimsy and the tubes too small to stop water from coming over the bow, also it was difficult to move between the dinghy and the boarding ladder. Not recommened for serious use, recommend you look to a larger and more substantial inflateable.

GREAT QUALITY BUILT BOAT

I bought this two years ago and love it. Its nice and light easy to transport, fits in the trunk of the car. It is rated for 4hp but I have a 6hp on and it flys. Can have two big guys or my wife and three kids. Holds air for the hole season never had to add air.
Great quality product and is backed by Canadian Tire.

Q: How do I register my boat for warranty?
How do I register my boat for warranty? Someone wrote that you only have a limited time to register and there's nothing in the manual one way or another about submitting a registration number for warranty.
1 Answer
A: In regards to warranty on Z-Ray boats, the vendor advises to keep your original purchase receipt for the period of your boat's warranty. In case something happens and you need some parts replaced, you can email the vendor at service@jilong.com and they will ask you for the copy of receipt to verify the purchase date (scanned/emailed or faxed ) with all the other details (name, address, what happened), and they will further assist you.
