Put your money towards a better made product.

Save your $10 and buy something better. It bends and sags with the hose on it, and after a year the sun fades out the copper finish, becomes brittle & snaps. I'd rather pay double for a metal one in the same style as this is very attractive, but made of cheap plastic.

How hard could it be to get it right?

I would like to sit down with the CEO of the company that makes this item and ask him or her "What is the point of including a drilling template for mounting this thing if the template is going to be wrong?" Seriously, how hard could it be to get the instructions to match the actual hole placement on the product? The concept of this item is good, in that the screws will have enough weight to hold with the hose, so it is nice to have a light-weight hose hanger that is also nice looking. So bravo for that. Just, when you mount it, use the item itself to place the holes.

Q: Cast Iron Hose Hanger Product number as per UPC 6-936863 only came with 3cylinders and back and front no screws why where do I get screws and diagram to put together?

A: There should be 6 screws in a small poly bag in the package to put the 3 cylinders and back and front together. This is the way it has been shipped for years and no diagram was included as the installation is straightforward.
