This is junk. It has no way of knowing when you leave your vehicle so when you go into your home, unless you disconnect it manually calls still go to this unit. (Good range at least) Call volume is to quiet even at full volume and call quality isn't that great.
The only PLUS is that the mirror is bigger than OEM and gives a good rear view .
No, I do not recommend this product.

This product has been excellent for me. I have the iphone 4s & it connects right away automatically and great sound, no static, and very clear. I do not have any issues with the mirror vibrating, because the velcro must be as tight as you can get it.
I have already recommended this to a number of friends and family.

Have had this BT Mirror for over a year now. In the beginning it did not work very well, the Bluetooth connectivity was terrible, but that was when I had an iPhone and trying to connect to it. Later on I have changed my cell phone to a Samsung Note 3 and now the device connects to my phone even if I keep it in my pocket...it's amazing. The Bluetooth works perfect and I also love this as a mirror, as it is larger and better than the manufacturer's original one.
Overall...a great buy ! I am definitely recommending this product to a friend !

Je m'attendais à plus concernant ce produit. L'idée est bonne mais il n'est pas au point.
Vibration dans le miroir lors de la conduite automobile, le message qui apparaît lorsqu'un appel entre n'est pas toujours bien visible, le son est ordinaire la personne qui nous appel entend plus les sons ambiant dans l'auto que lorsqu'on lui parle. Et ça même si la radio est fermée et le ventilateur aussi!!! Disons qu'il faut le payer à moitié prix pour se satisfaire. Le fournisseur de ce produit n'a pas inclus de fil pour l'alimentation électrique et c'est un élément important car à la première utilisation il faut qu'il soit branché pendant au moins 5hr selon les directives, il n'y a que l'alimentation de l'alume cigarette d'inclus.

Se fixe facilement au rétroviseur du véhicule. Très bonne qualité sonore sur l'autoroute versus mon autre véhicule ( Kia Rondo 2010 ) qui a le Bluetooth intégré au radio. Par contre, vu qu'il y a un poids supplémentaire de 383g sur le rétroviseur, l'image vibre un peu. Ça peut être fatiguant pour certains, mais on ne jette que des coup d'oeil dans le rétroviseur. On peut transmettre ses contacts à l'appareil, de sorte que l'on sélectionne directement le contact à même le rétroviseur. Autonomie de 25h de communication et de 650h de "stand by". Chargeur fourni que l'on branche lorsque nécessaire.

Q: I just bought this. How do I get it charged for the first time? It says it requires 8 hrs to fully charge. I'm only in the car for quick local trips. It says not to leave it charging when not in the car and anyway when I turn the car off the the indicator light goes off so I assume it's not charging when the car isn't running anyway.

A: Don't bother buying anything or leaving the car on to charge the product for 8 hours. You must have a USB cable lying around from one of your portable devices (camera, GPS, blackberry). Plug the cable to your mirror and computer and you'll be able to charge completely for 8 hours!!

Q: Wont Pair Why does my phone recognize the device, and when asked to enter passwrd it says it could not pair, i was given the password from the book (same as just about every bluetooth device) i really want to use this but am getting very irritated with it!!

A: if you go to the website and send an email to the support line, they will send you a link for a video which shows you how to pair it up. I was having the same problem and was ready to give up when I watched this video and then it took about half a minute to pair up my new phone.

A: i use my blackberry charger which is 5v 1.0A. Most phone charges with the older usb plug work as long as its 5v and at least 0.5a. It takes a little longer if its that low but will still work.

A: I have had it 2 years. I never have taken it out of the car regardless of weather and it works in extreme cold and heat with no problem.
