Q: Why does the ad say 65L when the bag says Portage 80 and it's the same with the 40L ad and the bag says 50L?

1 Answer

A: We’ve recently made a change to the way which we account for volume. The pack that states the higher denomination is using the old methodology ie. from tip to tip. The new methodology we are providing removes the volume from the neck of the pack, which in our opinion, is a better depiction of how the pack is being used.

Q: This is not my first time posting this question to CT about the complicated back strap system on the 80L portage pack. I know it is being replaced with the new 65L but i managed to fund a new 80L Portage Pack new. Can anyonehelp me with setting this pack?
