Can be used for hockey too!

Although these arm pads are meant for lacrosse, I bought them for my son to wear for hockey. The velcro on regular hockey elbow pads irritate my son's arms, so he has to wear a long sleeve shirt under his equipment...which makes him hot. With these arm pads, he is able to wear a t-shirt and there is no irritation because they are made of stretchy fabric that slides on his arms.
