There is nothing ergonomic about these hand grips

Hand grips should not be uncomfortable/painful to use. This one is. The handles are way too narrow that they end up digging into your hand as you use them. I had no choice but to return them.

Great little product to add to my routine

These were great little gadgets for me to have to try to strengthen my arm muscles as I do have a rotator cuff injury and have trouble sometimes doing daily tasks because of it so these are helping me strengthen my core muscles in my arms they're easy to use they're portable and they're great product

The hand grips is an excellent way to exercise your hand muscle, and it has a lot of flexibility. I like the design of the grips as it makes you comfortable to hold without making your hands sore overall I think it works for you to look out your muscles.

They are stiff

Great set of hand grips they have been really useful for the amount of time I have used them. Be warned they are stiff. I think they'll be really "handy" no pun intended at strengthening hands.
