Just as the other reviews say, you can turn on the light while charging, but it doesn't hold the charge once unplugged. Is basically unusable and a waste of money.

I bought this, charged it right away and it did not work at all. It turns on while its charging, but whoopee, I'll strap a portable charger to it while biking at night?? No.

Fully charged it right after buying. Used it for 10 minutes tops and battery dies. No wonder this thing is on clearance smh

Q: The features say that this can be used on the front or rear of the bike. What color is the light, red or white? Also how many lumens please?

A: There is both a red and a white LED bulb in this light. You scroll through the first two functions (steady and flash) in white, and then the same two functions in red. It’s a 10 lumen bulb, so this is intended as a “visibility” light for others to see the rider, not as a main light for the rider to be able to see the road at night.

A: The mounting strap is part of the silicone body. It wraps around the handlebar, and across the top of the light body.

Q: How is this mounted? From the image, it looks like you would need to get a separate hose clamp or (shudder) duct tape to attach it to a frame. Could there be something missing from the image?
