If you pick this up on sale like I did, saving $40 it's well worth it. Well made, has a plastic ring/lid on the top under the zipped cover. This stops it from getting that terrible sag at the top of the bag most others get. Sure after a bit of breaking in the top gets a little bit soft, but every bag is going to settle a bit after initial use and this one didn't settle very much, I added some old sweatshirts and tshirts to the top to plump it up again and all is good. Weight seems to be distributed well. It doesn't sway too much. Over all for punches and kicks it's working well for me. I haven't had it long but the exterior seems like it will hold up a long time for home use for sure. It doesn't come with anything to hang the chain up with though, so you'll have to buy either a proper bag mount or I used an axle strap rated for 3,000lbs (over kill for sure) and looped it over a metal I-Beam in my basement. Then used one of those clamps you can screw closed to link the ring on the bag to the metal ends of the strap.

A: The shell of this bag is made with super tough high density vinyl. The bag is stuffed with clean fibre fill and small bags for added weight (when necessary)

Q: Does it come with a stand to hold the boxing bag? If not, is there any stand suited for holding the bag?

A: This retail item does not come with a stand to hold the bag. Canadian Tire offers several items to hang the unit on/from. Canadian Tire offers a ceiling mount (for exposed roof beams), a wall mounted hanging system (for exposed wall beams) and a free standing floor unit.
