Worst Garbage Bin

Please do not waste your money. This is the 2nd one I bought somehow the 2nd one is worse! The foot pedal started breaking. The latch on the inside is made out of plastic so that broke in 2 months to help the lid close just like the 1st one and today the lid hinge on the outside has completely snapped off. Its litteraly falling apart in every which way ...

Easily Dented and Terrible Manager

Bought it, took it home and found it was dented and cracked, immediately returned to store within 30 minutes to return it New but defective, and was belittled by store manager who was not wearing any ID at Kit. South Branch who said, "Can't you READ?" They lost a customer because of her. Dark brown hair, in a ponytail, glasses, and spoke with an accent. Worst customer relations ever. She needs training or to be fired.

Shrink wrap bent the lid. Got home and realized it needs to be returned immediately. The metal is too thin. Better off with plastic or a heavier gauge metal bin.
