Q: My cap is actually glued to the base so I cannot remove it at all as per your pictures. I tried to pry it apart to no avail.

A: We had the same problem. The cap seemed glued on. I went around with the end of a fork/spoon and slowly pushed between the cap and base until I went all around. There was some 'popping' throughout. I then took two forks/spoons from either side to leverage the cap off. The glue from the maze causes the problem.

Q: How to adjust the height? I can't seem to move the base at all in order to adjust the height. The base almost seems like it's glued on (but it looks like it should pull out and be able to turn in order to create different heights...I just can't pull it out)! Thanks!

A: The base of item 084-0545 is a fixed structure, it cannot move. 2.Attached pictures for your reference to adjust the height. a. There will be a height when you remove the cap. b. When you add the cap, it's two height adjustable per two grooves, attached pictures for your reference.
