It has a switch to change from C to F; however, the panel had such an unusual tiny screw that my usual set of mini screwdrivers didn't work. Had to take it to a friend to open the compartment.

Numbers are small. Directions for battery change are not clear. A very small screw driver is required to open the unit. I returned it.
