3/3 faulty steam burst button

I bought one and I really liked it so I bought another for my work. My home one's steam burst button broke, but since the one at work was working, I thought it was a faulty one. I didn't have my receipt anymore, so I bought another same model for home. Within 2 months both the new one and the work one have broken steam buttons. So I must conclude that the button is faulty. I returned the third one! The other two will be reserved for messy projects and interfacing.

i wouldnt buy this product again

I iron clothes, jeans, pillow cases....the iron does not get hot enough to iron the wrinkle from my clothes, even using spray starch; nor does the iron get my clothes dry after 10-20 minutes of ironing. Although it has a non stick plate, it sticks to the item I'm ironing when using a starch which claims to provide non-stick ironing.

It's a decent iron but I am having this problem - there are some clothes it does not glide across, it kind of gets stuck on the clothing. And there are white particles (probably water deposits) that come out of it. Overall, it was okay but if I had to buy another iron, I would not buy this one.
