I was surprised at how good the picture and sound quality is with this television. Got it for my mom's apartment. It's also good because if someone falls asleep while watching tv, it automatically shuts off after a set time. Would recommend if you are looking for a decent tv at a reasonable price!

I bought this TV for my brother as a gift, after 2 weeks it just died out no power at all , called customer service and sent them pictures and they said i would get a response between 5 and 10 business days , after 15 business days i called again and they said they would put a rush to the supervisor and after another week nothing....not only are their TV's terrible so is the customer service ! Beware !
No, I do not recommend this product.

I needed to add a secondary tv screen in the basement for the in-laws. This Sylvania tv did the job perfectly with above average sound coming out of the speakers.

We purchased this tv for our mother who is an occasional tv watcher. The sound quality is not great, picture is average. I would recommend an external speaker to connect to it.Overall for the price to value composition this is a good/serviceable TV.
