Looks mor elike a balloon and less like a heating

Bought a month ago to replace same heating pad. The problem is that it is partially inflated causing you to rock on your back. No way to remove the air trapped inside. Does not lay perfectly flat! Also there is less choices for the temperature settings. Product not worth it anymore. Save your money and go with a competitor.

I’ve had this for about 15 years. Used it at least three times a week. Still works. Easy to clean.

My mother bought me this heating pad for my period a few months prior when my cramps were killing me. So far, it works nicely. Albeit, my cramps can range from low to medium-high, it works well for me. It soothes my cramps and I often find myself using it on the highest setting.

Purchased a month ago Switch is defective. Turn it on Medium setting, pad gets very hot.

Q: Does it work with both 110V & 220 V?

This Sunbeam King Size Moist/Dry Heating Pad does not work with 220 voltage. All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage.
