Q: I recently purchased a Stelpro UGB0502 baseboard heater and when I took it out of the box, the piece that covers the elements was not inside. Does this model not include this piece?

A: The radiant heat fins are supposed to be covered by a snap on metal plate on the front of the heater. If you didn't find the metal plate, its missing & you should get a replacement.
