It's a scale, it works. As long as you keep using the same scale, you'll see your own progress. Just don't compare the result with other scales.

It's not accurate, the weight is different depending on where there is more pressure on the scale, also be sure to put it exactly in the same spot that you used it the previous time. You can set it to 0 step on, when you step off it doesn't always go back to 0 which makes me wonder if the weight I last seen was accurate. I needed a scale immediately as I was entering into a contest, and had very little money. I will be purchasing another one very soon.
