The current knurled revision of the black cap is a definite improvement over the smooth surface which sometimes slipped in my hand. Thank you!

Bottle Caps

I am a user of 6 months or so. Somewhere along the way, I lost a plastic Oring and that cap wouldn't hold the CO2. This kind of defeats the purpose of Soda Stream. I looked online and the store locations that carry the SS Products and couldn't find an answer. I called the help desk, and they hooked me up with a couple of bottle caps. Within a couple of days, they arrived, and I was back in business. Thank you SodaStream!!!
