Attention si votre enfant est grand

Mon enfant de 18 mois mesure 82 cm, et je dois croiser ses jambes pour être capable de fermer la housse correctement. Si je l'avais essayé d'abord, je ne l'aurais pas acheté

Iv tried 3 of them and all missing parts.

I'm on my 3rd one and I just went to put it together and AGAIN there are missing parts. And now it's too late to bring it back because I see it's been discontinued. Well done canadian tire, you've once again shown me why we hate shopping there.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Love it

Took a grand total of 10 minutes to assemble. Sturdy, cute and does what it's supposed too. Lacking instructions on how to attach the seat clip however fairly simple to figure out.

Quality is OK, cover could be better thought out. Instructions need to be better

I went through 10 of these at the store and only to find one that has all the included parts. (I almost bought one with several missing items). There are a lot of returns due to bad instructions -- so just keep an eye out. For those who are thinking about buying, you should be seeing these when you open the package in order to assemble it together: These two were taped onto the sled in a small plastic bag: - Seat belt - Pull Handle with string These are in the large plastic bag: - Plastic Cover (Should have 6 clips attached to hold down cover, apparently not all do) - some screws and nuts - 2 plastic "belts" to hold up the cover - instructions, taped on the bag (toss it out, you won't be able to understand it) I didn't drill in the plastic belts as per the instructions as it would be difficult to put a child into the seat with it in the way. SUGGESTION FOR THE MANUFACTURER: pre drill the holes on the sled for us, it will make everyone's life a lot easier and you will get a lot less returns on the product.

Q: Is this product SUPPOSED to come with the pull cord and handle? If not (as ours didn't) that's just stupid!!

2 Answers
  • A: I am having the same problem! Mine didnt come with a pull cord or the harness that holds baby in place. So basically it's useless. Just went back to Canadian Tire and there were 2 others there but also didnt have the pull cord or harness. Talked to customer service and a manager and they were just dumbfounded. Nothing was done....now I guess we have to try and find a harness and pull cord for it?? The pull cord is easy but the harness? Where do you buy a baby harness specifically for this sled? Not happy!! I guess we cant use it this weekend which was the reason for buying it.

Q: Is there an option to not use the weather shield?

2 Answers
  • A: YES! and you will probably not want to use the shield as it does not fit properly. It is screwed in and must be unscrewed to remove. It does not fit properly. If you have the option to, purchase the sled on its own

Q: what is the measurements? is it bigger than the Pelican version?

1 Answer
  • A: The dimensions of the ERA Baby Sled are 26”L X 22”W X 14”H. Yes the ERA model is a larger sled than the Pelican model and the seating positions are also different. The ERA model will accommodate larger/older babies than the Pelican model. It’s best to compare both models side by side to get a clear understanding of the sizing differences.
