Je viens d'acheter ce traîneau pour mon poupon. À la première utilisation lors d'un épisode de neige collante, le renflement sous le dossier accumulait la neige au point de freiner le traîneau lors d'une simple balade de bord de rue enneigée. Il devenait pénible à tirer. Je ne le recommande pas même s'il pourrait être utilisable en d'autres circonstances. Son rebord arrière provoque cette accumulation sous le dossier. Simplement mal conçu.

Excellent baby sled!

This little sled was such a great purchase. Our 4-month old grandson sits up so comfortably. We use a little a pillow to prop up his head, and there's room for a warm baby comforter wrapped around him in his snowsuit (Alberta). We strap him into the built-in harness, and off we go! The plastic cover is great wind protection, and it's well vented on the sides. It glides like a dream, so sometimes we have to shorten up our hold on the string, on a downhill slope. Love it! Gets him out in the fresh air. We saw and bought it online, because it wasn't on the store shelves -- maybe they were behind in stocking the shelves.

Exactly what I was looking for

I am currently on mat leave and needed something for my little one to commute in that was warm and convenient during the winter months while we walk my son to and from kindergarten. Our walk is about twenty minutes there and back and we have to walk on snowy sidewalks, cross roads (which didn't have any snow) and a field covered in drifted snow. We glided over all of those terrains smoothly. Much less effort than my stroller on a sunny day. Today the temperature is -6 but feels like -14. The sled worked perfectly and she kept warm with her snow suit and an extra blanket. I even had multiple parents come up to me and ask me where I got this great little sled.

Perfect little baby sled

Light and manoeuverable, this is perfect for babies up to around 2 years of age depending on the size. I recommend this version with the snow cover as it adds a warmth barrier.

Q: Is the zippered enclosure removable or permanently attached?

A: Yes, but you would have to unscrew it. It folds forward to seat the child into the sled, but it's quite bulky. You wouldn't just leave it open that way, I don't think. You have to screw it in place to put it together when you buy it (at least we had to - bought it online), so you would know how to unscrew it)
