I would NOT buy this machine!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this machine. I have an industrial machine made by Singer and I love it. My husband bought this smaller machine for Christmas 2017 so I could make myself some easy clothing. The machine can NOT do a proper zigzag stitch, the thread continuously breaks while in the zigzag position and its beyond frustrating!!

Fine for hemming

I have had this machine for 3 months as a replacement for another more heavy duty machine. It works fine for hemming, but anything over and above that invest in something else. Has a hard time getting through more than 2 layers of fabric, and doesnt do well with stretch fabric.

Excellent machine for beginners and beyond

I purchased this machine in order to start learning the basics, and I've been surprised with how easy it was to get accustomed to.
Watch the Singer machine tutorials that are referenced in the training manual, and you will be able to start mending, and crafting in minutes!
I highly recommend it, especially for the price point.
